As Oregon continues through fall camp on their way to what will hopefully -- for the Ducks, anyway -- lead to a Pac-12 championship and another spot in the BCS title, they’ll have to do so for the immediate future without one of their receivers and special team players.
The Oregonian writes from a series of practice notes that sophomore Josh Huff has been sidelined with what appears to be a foot or ankle injury. Huff has been moving around in a walking boot on his left foot, although head coach Chip Kelly wouldn’t address anything specific about the injury, so the severity or time frame for return in up in the air at this point.
As a freshman for the Ducks last season, Huff had 19 receptions for 303 yards and thee touchdowns.
