Rhodes managed to avoid having drug charges levied against him earlier this month. He had previously been arrested for possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence. The district attorney in McLennan County decided not to pursue charges after being presented with drug tests showing a clean history for Rhodes.
Rhodes appeared in 11 games last season for Baylor, recording 10 receptions for 157 yards. Where he goes from here is unknown at this time for the true sophomore. He still has three years of eligibility remaining.
