Tindal and a friend were playing poker with two other men they barely knew at a local Super 8 Motel when the two men pulled guns on Tindal and his friend, demanding their valuables. Tindal was pistol-whipped twice, and more than $4,000 worth of valuables were stolen. The police are looking into the matter.

The UDFA out of Marshall was the victim of an armed robbery last week in West Virginia when he and a buddy posted up at a local Super 8 Motel to play poker with two other men, who ended up robbing Tindal and his friend at gunpoint. Tindal may have brought this on himself a bit by entering a shady situation.
