Broncos signed OLB Cyril Obiozor to a reserve/future contract.
A former undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M, Obiozor has had stints with the Cardinals, Packers, and Chargers. The Broncos might try him out at SAM linebacker behind Von Miller, but he’s not much of a long-term prospect.

    Chargers waived OLB Cyril Obiozor.
Obiozor was just signed three weeks ago to provide depth at outside linebacker. He must not have shown much.

Chargers signed OLB Cyril Obiozor from the Cardinals’ practice squad.
The Bolts are desperate for outside linebacker depth with Jyles Tucker (torn pectoral) out for the season and Larry English and Shawne Merriman also sidelined.

Cardinals signed OLB Cyril Obiozor off the Chargers’ practice squad.
The Cardinals pulled the switcheroo after the Chargers signed Obiozor off Arizona’s practice squad a month ago. He’ll take Kenny Iwebema’s roster spot as a backup and special teamer.

Cardinals claimed OLB Cyril Obiozor off waivers from the Packers.
Obiozor spent last season with the Packers after playing college ball at Texas A&M. He had two tackles in five games in 2009. Obiozor will be the Cards’ No. 4 outside ‘backer behind Joey Porter, Clark Haggans, and Will Davis.
  • Packers waived OL Breno Giacomini, QB Graham Harrell, S Anthony Levine, LB Cyril Obiozor, LB Maurice Simpkins, and WR Chastin West.
The Packers were shopping Giacomini hard the past few days but couldn’t find a taker. Matt Flynn will back up Aaron Rodgers, as expected, but the Packers like Harrell enough to try to get him back on the practice squad.

    Cardinals waived OLB Cyril Obiozor.
Obiozor failed to impress in two weeks after being claimed off waivers in early September.
