    Bills signed WR DeMarco Sampson.
A seventh-round pick of the Cardinals in 2011, Sampson joins a crowded wideout group in Buffalo. T.J. Graham, Robert Woods, Marquise Goodwin, Da’Rick Rogers all in battling for snaps across from Stevie Johnson.

Eagles waived WR DeMarco Sampson and DT Ronnie Cameron.
Undrafted rookies WR Will Murphy and DE Daryell Walker have been signed in corresponding moves. A 2011 seventh-round pick of the Cardinals, Sampson made noise in his rookie camp, but hasn’t been heard from since. Cameron has yet to appear in an NFL game.

Teammates and coaches advised NFL.com’s Pat Kirwan to keep an eye on seventh-round WR DeMarco Sampson, who is enjoying a strong training camp.
Sampson is a big receiver at 6'2/204, and he’s had no trouble driving off the line of scrimmage. We’ve seen positive reports on Vincent Brown’s San Diego State teammate on an almost daily basis. Last year’s training camp sensation, Stephen Williams, has been eerily quite. Sampson could end up pushing him off the roster.

Seventh-round WR DeMarco Sampson “may be fighting an uphill battle” to make the Cardinals roster.
Late-round rookies will be among those most hurt by the lockout, as coaches figure to put more stock in trusted veterans on a tight schedule this summer. Sampson will have to beat out Max Komar or last year’s preseason sensation, Stephen Williams, to earn a spot.

Cardinals selected San Diego State WR DeMarco Sampson with the No. 249 overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft.
A college teammate of Chargers third-rounder Vincent Brown, Sampson is more of prototypical big-bodied possession receiver lacking an extra gear. He’ll need to catch the ball well in traffic because he struggles to separate down the field. Sampson is polished enough to make Arizona’s roster if Steve Breaston isn’t brought back.
