Crochet (shoulder) trending in the right direction

Red Sox interim manager Chad Tracy told reporters it was the most Crochet has thrown from a volume standpoint so they’ll wait to see how he’s feeling before determining his next steps. However, he could potentially be built up enough to contribute as a multi-inning reliever down the home stretch. There should be a more definitive return timetable once he begins ramping up his throwing progression.
