Connor Prielipp (blister) threw three hitless innings for Triple-A St. Paul on Sunday, striking out three and walking one.
Prielipp had a blister pop in his start on July 9 against the Guardians and wound up on the injured list. He looked good on Sunday, throwing 20 of his 32 pitches for strikes. Since he hasn’t been out long, there’s a chance the Twins could simply bring him back this week, but he has also thrown 85 innings already this season, topping his career high, so the Twins may be comfortable slowing his return. Whenever he is back, he’s worth an add in all 15-team formats and would be back on the streamer radar in 12-team leagues.
