Here we go with the College Hoops DFS slate for the Sweet 16 contests on Friday, March 25. We have four NCAA Tournament games on FanDuel and DraftKings with lineups locking at 7:09 ET on both sites.
The following analysis will highlight several top plays, bargains, and other information you need to know in order to create a cash-inducing squad.
With that, let’s get to the daily fantasy analysis!
TOP PLAYS
Armando Bacot - F - North Carolina (FD: $8,700 / DK: $9,400)
Bacot is expensive, but he should be worth the extreme salary on this slate. There are also enough value plays to comfortably work Bacot into a viable lineup. More on that later. As for the North Carolina forward, he has been a beast while averaging 40 FPPG this season. He even hit 50 fantasy points last weekend against Baylor. Tonight’s matchup against UCLA could bring out that upside, as the Bruins rank 51st in rebound rate this season. We could see 20 points, 15 rebounds, and a handful of assists/blocks from the North Carolina big man.
Charlie Moore - G - Miami FL (FD: $7,400 / DK: $7,300)
Miami has several quality players for fantasy purposes, but I’m turning my attention to Moore. The 5’11” guard is averaging 28 FPPG on the season, but he has turned things on recently with a 34 FPPG mark over his last five. That includes a clutch 44 FP outing against Auburn last weekend. Expect Moore to lead the way for the Hurricanes in Friday’s matchup against Iowa State. The sixth-year guard can fill up the box score, even in the rebounding department - which presents a welcoming fantasy situation for this Sweet 16 draw.
Remy Martin - G - Kansas (FD: $7,800 / DK: $5,900)
First off, take a look at the salary discrepancy between FanDuel and DraftKings. Needless to say, I’m clicking Martin into my DK lineups without hesitation. The Kansas guard has been up-and-down this season, but he’s playing confident basketball with a 31 FPPG average over his last three games. His salary has yet to catch up to that production on DraftKings, making him an easy play through all formats over there.

BARGAINS
David McCormack - F - Kansas (FD: $5,600 / DK: $6,600)
McCormack is a steady bargain play, especially for just $5,600 on FanDuel. The Kansas forward is averaging 23 FPPG this season, but he has turned it on in tournament time with a 26 FPPG mark over his last three. Facing a Providence team that ranks 57th in adjusted defensive efficiency and 60th in rebound rate presents a reasonable fantasy opportunity for McCormack.
Johnny Juzang - G - UCLA (FD: $6,600 / DK: $6,300)
Juzang is underpriced on both sites. He was dealing with an injury in late February through early March, which led to some underwhelming fantasy performances. That dragged his salary down as well. It’s safe to say that Juzang is back to his old ways, playing 38+ minutes in two of his last three games while averaging 27 FPPG over that span. Consider that a realistic baseline with room for 30+ fantasy points while playing up in pace against North Carolina.
Doug Edert - G - Saint Peters (FD: $5,500 / DK: $4,600)
Everyone loves Edert and Saint Peter’s Cinderella story. While there’s speculation around that continuing tonight, we can still look to Edert and company to produce respectable DFS value. The salary remains short despite the Saint Peter’s guard hitting 24+ fantasy points in two of his last three. Edert and teammate Matthew Lee will both see around 30 minutes in this Sweet 16 contest, and hopefully they can make enough shots to flirt with 20 fantasy points.
