Coach Tom Cable says the Raiders will ideally have a four-wideout rotation when all of their receivers are healthy and playing well, but Murphy’s stock is obviously falling despite leading the team in receiving through nine games. Still, Schilens is only worth grabbing in very, very deep leagues.

Aaron Rodgers narrowly missed Freiermuth on a 20-plus-yard throw in the third quarter that could have been a touchdown if they had connected. Freiermuth has been targeted 14 times through the first three weeks but has just one meaningful fantasy line (5-45-1) thus far. Fantasy managers can find better options that Muth in Week 4’s game against the Browns.

McMillan sustained a knee injury in the first quarter and did not return to the game. The Bucs said they would evaluate the injury on Sunday night. Ted Hurst ran almost every route in the Tampa offense with McMillan sidelined, catching a 40-yard touchdown in the first half. Hurst would continue to play significant snaps if McMillan is out for a while.

Nailor picked up on first down on the Raiders’ opening drive after going in motion and running a crossing route. Raiders QB Kirk Cousins was off-target on his other two throws to Nailor. He does not need to be rostered in 12-team leagues.

Pittman was back in action after missing Week 2’s game with a foot injury. Despite being on the field for 28 routes, the veteran receiver struggled to make much of an impact, making two eight-yard receptions on back-to-back drives before fading into the distance. Pittman has caught 5-of-8 targets for 74 scoreless yards this season and shouldn’t be counted on for Week 4’s game against the Browns.

Hurst caught a perfectly-placed 40-yard score down the seam in the first half and did not see another look from Baker Mayfield. It wasn’t a lack of playing time that limited Hurst: He ran a route on 39 of the team’s 43 drop backs on the day. His downfield profile will make Hurst a volatile weekly play in 12-team leagues. He should probably stay on benches next week against the Dolphins if Mayfield (hand) is sidelined, however.

Bourne operated as the Cardinals’ No. 3 wide receiver, seeing just three targets in a high-volume passing day. The team’s pass-catching hierarchy seems to have settled in, with Michael Wilson and Marvin Harrison operating as the top wide receivers and Trey McBride the top tight end. Bourne will get some looks behind this group but won’t be fantasy relevant without an injury ahead of him.

Egbuka once again led the Tampa offense in targets and receptions but did not seem to be on the same page with Baker Mayfield. It’s a recurring theme in the early season that might not be worked out any time soon if Mayfield misses time with a hand injury he sustained in the fourth quarter against Minnesota. Egbuka should remain in lineups even if Jadon Daniels gets a start for the Bucs in Week 4 against Miami. He has 141 receiving yards through three games in the dysfunctional Tampa offense.

Washington looks spry and powerful, as usual, but remains limited to a small workload despite starting RB Ashton Jeanty getting his ankles checked early in the game. Washington scored on the Raiders’ sixth drive on a run up the middle. Initially, it looked like the Saints had him bottled up when he met the linebackers just beyond the line, but Washington kept his legs moving and exploded out to the right and took off down the sideline and into the end zone. The officials initially ruled Washington out of bounds inside the Saints’ one-yard line, but Raiders coach Klint Kubiak challenged the spot and won. Touchdown. Washington remains an elite bench stash and touchdown-dependent FLEX in Week 4 against the Chiefs.

Hibner came up with a 21-yard reception in the third quarter, but his biggest play came on a two-yard touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson as the Ravens were driving to take the lead. Hibner found just enough of a soft spot in the zone coverage for Jackson to sneak the pass in for the go-ahead touchdown, and now has three receptions for 36 yards and a touchdown on the season. The rookie fourth-rounder isn’t on the fantasy radar at this time and can be left on waivers ahead of Week 4’s game against the Titans.

As usual, Otton led the Bucs in pass routes and was second on the team in targets behind Emeka Egbuka. Most of Otton’s production came on a 37-yard catch in the first half. Baker Mayfield narrowly missed the tight end for another long gain later in the contest. Otton’s route involvement should keep him in deep league lineups next week against the Packers, unless Mayfield (hand) is sidelined.
