The 2011 seventh-rounder is an ex-wideout who impressed the old coaching staff in training camp last season. With a strong preseason, Ausberry could earn a rotational role with Brandon Myers, who is a much better blocker.

It’s a bit of a surprise questionable because Davis got in three full practice sessions this week. Still, he is coming off a long-term neck injury that has sidelined him most of the year so we understand the Patriots being cautious here. We’d consider Davis on the optimistic side of questionable.

He will play and be on the overall WR1 line against the Titans. Zac Taylor spoke earlier today and said he had no concerns about Chase. Everyone has downplayed concerns about Chase’s ankle for the majority of the week. He will be a smash play against a Jeffrey Simmons-less Titans defense.

Campbell didn’t practice all week and his availability for Week 9 is likely in question as well. Campbell has 49 tackles in seven starts this season despite spending a few early October weeks as an injury report fixtures. IDP leaguers will need to make other plans this week.

Barkley gave a cryptic response when asked if he would play earlier in the day, ultimately ready to gut out multiple injuries as the Eagles continue to trudge forward in an injury-decimated season. The veteran back added that the injuries are both something he will need to manage throughout the game but that he feels as if he can play through them. That leaves fantasy managers in a sticky situation, likely forced to start Barkley if he’s on the roster. Barkley is a middling RB2 in a difficult matchup on the ground against the Commanders.

He didn’t practice all week and has not practiced since the build up to Week 6. As with colleague DeVonta Smith, Wicks enters next week questionable to play and with the Eagles having a Week 10 bye, we wouldn’t be surprised if Wicks sat that game out as well.

He has not practiced since Week 6. It’s hard to count on Smith to be up for Week 9, though we obviously can’t say anything beyond him being questionable. The Eagles have a Week 10 bye and it might be preferable for them at this point if Smith sat through that — though that is just our speculation.

He got in a full session on Friday and would seem to be trending towards playing. With Carnell Tate down this week, Elic Ayomanor is probably the Titans dart throw wideout for the desperate against the Bengals if you’re choosing between him or Ridley.

Spears had three DNPs and has not practiced since last Thursday. Michael Carter filled down as the third-down back last week, though all that actually meant is that Tony Pollard got full-time workload. We expect that to continue in Week 8.

Tate’s game-day designation comes on the heels of three missed practices this week. His absence leaves behind an alpha’s target share to go claimed by the remaining pass catchers, most notable of whom is slot man Wan’Dale Robinson. Robinson also draws the top matchup on paper against he inside-funnel nature of the Cincinnati defense, appearing to have a clear path to leading the team in targets and receiving. Fantasy managers can start Robinson as a viable WR3.

He practiced in full all three days. Klint Kubiak was evasive when asked if he would be activated, but players that practice in full three days in a row while trying to come off injured reserve rarely aren’t activated. Bech will be restored to the roster on Saturday if he’s going to play. He doesn’t need to be proactively rostered outside of the deepest leagues.
