Iowa received a verbal commitment from three-star ILB Ethan Hurkett.

Hurkett plays his high school football in Cedar Rapids (Xavier HS), and he’s rated the fifth best player in the state of Iowa by 247 Sports. He is also graded the 22nd best inside linebacker in their composite grades. No other schools have offered as of yet, but Hurkett reports he had interest from schools like Notre Dame, Purdue and Iowa State.

Mark Andrews (hand) is practicing in full for Week 4 against the Titans.

The Ravens seemingly forgot about Andrews when they first posted their injury report, only noting his injury and status in a post 40 minutes after the initial run. In their defense, Andrews has been pretty forgettable this year, catching 13 passes for 122 scoreless yards. The hand injury shouldn’t be an issue this week, but he’s still stuck in the TE2 ranks versus Tennessee.
Report: Waddle 'fine' after sporting walking boot
Kyle Dvorchak discusses Jaylen Waddle's availability for Week 4 after he sported a walking boot on Sunday after the Denver Broncos' victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

Patriots CB Christian Gonzalez (shoulder) did not practice on Wednesday.

This is one to watch for fantasy purposes. The Patriots are tasked with keeping the Bills’ passing offense in check this week. Doing so without their top coverage defender will be difficult. This is a new injury for Gonzalez. Patriots DT Christian Barmore (shoulder) was also sidelined on Wednesday.

Patriots TE Eli Raridon (thigh) was limited on Wednesday.

Raridon is tentatively on track to play in Week 4 against the Bills, though he cannot be started as anything more than a touchdown-dependent TE2. His return could squeeze TE Hunter Henry’s access to targets though.

Jaylen Waddle is practicing in full for Week 4 against the 49ers.

Waddle was spotted in a boot after Week 3’s win over the Rams. DNVR’s Zac Stevens reported at the time that he was fine and can comfortably take a victory lap now that Payton has said he practiced in full. Waddle posted a dud in Week 3 with two catches for 10 yards, but he ripped off 138 yards the week before that. The production might come in peaks and valleys, but fantasy managers should hold the line and treat him like a WR2 for a potential shootout with the 49ers this week.

Drake Maye (right shoulder) is practicing in full for Week 4 against the Bills.

We are happy to see that the Patriots’ quarterback is practicing fully, but this is a new injury for Maye. He notably dealt with a throwing shoulder injury during the Patriots’ playoff run last season. His listing raises questions as to whether there might be a lingering issue. We expect a follow-up report on this in the coming days.

The Detroit Free Press’s Dave Birkett reports Jameson Williams will not face assault charges stemming from an incident with a woman on August 6th.

The incident was reported to the police earlier this month. Jeff Wattrick, spokesman for the Oakland County Prosecutor, told Birkett, “Based on the facts presented to us at this time, the Novi Police and our office jointly concluded that there is no cause to file charges against Mr. Williams.” Williams has been an off-field headache for the Lions since entering the league, but it doesn’t sound like this latest incident will be an issue. He will be on the field for the team’s Week 4 date with Carolina.

Rams coach Sean McVay said he expects WR Puka Nacua (groin) to play in Week 4 against the Eagles.

McVay also said that Nacua will be limited at today’s practice. Nacua has not played since injuring his groin in Week 1 against the 49ers. If active in Week 4, he will be a no-brainer WR1, though it would be great to see him log two full practice sessions over the next two days. The Rams’ pass-catching corps has dealt with an influx of injuries in recent weeks. Getting their star player back would be huge.

Buccaneers OLB Rueben Bain (shoulder/groin) did not practice.

Bain could be headed toward another game-day absence. Buccaneers LB Josiah Trotter (shoulder) is back on the practice field, though. The Buccaneers face the Packers in Week 4.

Chris Godwin (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday.

Godwin’s history of lower-leg injuries makes this a little bit concerning. The veteran wide receiver is already set to catch passes from a backup quarterback. If active, he may be playing on an injured ankle. He can only be viewed as a boom-bust FLEX at this time.

Trey Hendrickson (finger) did not practice Wednedsay.

Hendrickson broke his finger a few weeks ago. He failed to practice last Wednesday and was ultimately cleared from the injury report on Friday. We expect a similar outcome this week. Hendrickson has one sack on 14 pressures through three weeks.
