Hollis Thompson (sprained ankle) did not practice on Tuesday, but is expect to play on Wednesday.
Thompson played 18 minutes Monday night, so the 76ers are likely just giving him some rest on Tuesday.

The Kings have waived Hollis Thompson.
Thompson was never expected to make the team and he’ll now likely join Sacramento’s G-League affiliate.

According to Jason Jones of The Athletic, the Kings have signed G/F Hollis Thompson to a partially guaranteed contract.
Thompson last played in the NBA during the 2016/17 season for the Pelicans. Thompson won’t have a fantasy impact, even if he does manage to make the Kings final 15-man roster.

Thunder sign rookie F Hollis Thompson to three-year contract.
Thompson, out of Georgetown, is recovering from a groin injury that caused him to go undrafted last month, and will simply be hoping to make a deep OKC team. He won’t play in Summer League as he continues to try to get healthy. Only $75,000 of his contract is guaranteed, so he’ll have to show something early to stick on the roster.

Hollis Thompson and Maurice Harkless recently worked out for the 76ers, who hope to add scorers through the draft.
Philly’s offense was their Achilles heel all season, and could benefit from the addition of a guy like Harkless (projected as a top-20 pick) or even Thompson (late second-round pick). Philly has three picks this year, Nos. 15, 45 & 54, and in addition to scoring they want to add a big man.

Rookie Hollis Thompson (groin) is “still rehabbing,” and is not sure when he’ll be able to return.
“I love to score,” he said. “I love to play for my team,” he added when asked about what he could bring to OKC. Thompson joined the Thunder after going undrafted out of Georgetown. His groin injury, which was actually a sports hernia, sidelined him down the stretch last season, and with only $75,000 of his contract guaranteed, he’ll have to prove that he belongs early in training camp.

Hollis Thompson (groin) was held scoreless and had one rebound in three minutes of action Wednesday.
Thompson has been dealing with the injury since last season and is fighting just to make the Thunder roster. The former Georgetown product holds zero value for fantasy owners.
  • Power Forward #33
The Thunder waived Daniel Orton, Andy Rautins and Hollis Thompson on Saturday.
Orton was widely viewed as one of the most talented big men in the 2010 draft, but his career has yet to get off the ground. Thompson and Rautins are also unlikely to crack a rotation this year.

Hollis Thompson and Andy Rautins signed with the Tulsa 66ers.
It’s the Oklahoma City Thunder’s D-League team, and neither player was claimed off waivers after OKC cut both before the season began. They’ll accrue minutes in the D-League and hope for a call-up at some point.

Spencer Hawes (left knee) did not practice on Monday and coach Brett Brown was told not to count to on him for Wednesday.
He did not play on Saturday against the Pacers due to knee soreness and this injury snapped his consecutive games played streak at 131. Hawes had knee soreness in training camp and has dealt with it earlier in his career. He’ll have until Wednesday to heal up before starting the Sixers three-game week, but this is definitely enough to move him to the bench in some weekly leagues. Hollis Thompson has stepped it up and hopefully the team will have Thaddeus Young (personal) back for that game, too.
