Texans signed sixth-round DE Jeoffrey Pagan to a four-year contract.
The Alabama product stands 6-foot-3 and 310 pounds. He missed the Combine and his Pro Day due to a balky shoulder. Pagan will try to earn a roster spot behind starters J.J. Watt and Jared Crick at defensive end.

Texans selected Alabama DE Jeoffrey Pagan with the No. 177 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft.
Pagan (6-foot-3, 310) was a surprise entrant into the draft following a two-sack junior season, his only as a starter for the Crimson Tide. The former four-star recruit was ultimately a college disappointment. Allegedly once compared to Jevon Kearse by Urban Meyer during the recruiting process, Pagan sat out both the Combine and Alabama’s Pro Day due to a shoulder injury. He’s a 20-year-old project with theoretical tools but scant production.
