Jim Adduci went 1-for-3 with a go-ahead three-run homer to lift the Tigers to a win over the Indians on Sunday.
Adduci hammered an opposite-field three-run blast, his third of the year, off Indians starter Shane Bieber to put the Tigers ahead in the fifth inning. It was his first long ball since August 1. The 33-year-old veteran first baseman has recorded a .280/.301/.420 triple-slash line with 17 runs scored, three homers, 20 RBI and one steal in 158 major-league plate appearances this year. He can be safely ignored in all fantasy formats.
