Cowboys signed Texas A&M WR Kendrick Rogers.
A part-time player across three seasons with Texas A&M, Rogers’ (6'4/208) career 68/786/7 receiving line would be disappointing even if it were for one year. He carries an intriguing 10-yard split — 1.48 seconds, which is otherworldly for his size — and catch radius (33 1/8" arms) into the league but accumulated just two career games with 60-plus receiving yards. He would normally face an uphill battle making a 53-man roster since he didn’t play much special teams with the Aggies, but the depth among Dallas’ receivers room is bare enough for Rogers to stick around beyond camp with a terrific showing.
