Ramos boasts a 2.08 ERA and 1.04 WHIP over nine appearances this season but hasn’t started a game at any level since 2010.

Cesar Ramos has been added to Mexico’s roster for the upcoming World Baseball Classic.
Ramos had a 2.10 ERA and 29/10 K/BB ratio over 30 innings last season in the majors. The 28-year-old southpaw is out of options this spring, so he has a good shot to make the Rays’ Opening Day roster.
