Twins outfielder Byron Buxton made a great catch in the bottom of the second inning, robbing Todd Frazier of extra bases in Tuesday’s American League Wild Card game. Unfortunately, Buxton banged himself up in the process. He exited in the bottom of the fifth inning with back tightness, MLB.com’s Rhett Bollinger reports.

The Twins are trailing the Yankees 7-4 going into the bottom of the sixth inning. If they’re going to come back, they’ll have to do it without Buxton.
