MASN’s Roch Kubatko reports that Orioles pitcher Dylan Bundy will undergo an MRI arthrogram on his right shoulder. It’s a precautionary procedure, which the Orioles hope confirms that he is only dealing with tendinitis.

Bundy, 22, was taken by the Orioles in the first round -- fourth overall -- in the 2011 draft. He was widely regarded as one of baseball’s ten-best prospects heading into the 2012 and ’13 seasons, but injuries have derailed a promising career. Bundy hasn’t pitched since May 21, posting a 3.68 ERA with a 25/5 K/BB ratio over 22 innings spanning eight starts with Double-A Bowie.
