Jackie Bradley Jr.'s latest stay in the majors was a short one, as the Red Sox have sent the 25-year-old former top prospect back to Triple-A and called up 26-year-old Rusney Castillo.

Castillo, who defected from Cuba last year and signed with the Red Sox for $72.5 million, was hitting .293 with two homers and a .781 OPS in 18 games at Triple-A. He made a brief 10-game Red Sox debut last season, hitting .333 with two homers and a .928 OPS in September.

Castillo is starting tonight in right field, which is where he figures to see most of his action.
