The Orioles shut down Dylan Bundy

Orioles pitcher Dylan Bundy hasn’t pitched since May 21, and it looks like he may not pitch again for the rest of the season.

Dylan bundy has been shut down, likely for the year. Buck wouldn’t elaborate on shoulder troubles w Bundy but said no surgery.

Bundy, the Orioles’ first round pick in 2011 has been dealing with inflammation and tendinitis in his pitching shoulder. He has a a 3.68 ERA with a 25/5 K/BB ratio over 22 innings over eight starts with Double-A Bowie this year.

A career that has seen its share of roadblocks and setbacks has seen yet another.
