Dodgers utility man Enrique Hernandez did his best to catch up to the heat from Reds closer Aroldis Chapman this afternoon. It didn’t go so well initially, as he nearly swung out of his shoes. Check it out below:

Hernandez picked himself up, dusted himself off and eventually put the ball in play, reaching on an error by Brandon Phillips. That qualifies as redemption in my book.
Hernandez took to Twitter after the game to explain his swing against Chapman.
