Padres signed INF Noah Perio to a minor league contract.
The 25-year-old spent the 2016 season in the Dodgers’ organization where he slashed .323/.356/.495 with seven homers, 36 RBI and four swipes in 57 games between Class-A Great Lakes, High-A Rancho Cucamonga and Double-A Tulsa. He’ll add minor league infield depth for the Friars.
