Twins signed RHP Patrick Arnold to a minor league contract.
The former Nationals’ farmhand returned from Tommy John surgery last season in the independent Frontier League, where he posted a 4.12 ERA and 46/48 K/BB ratio between the Gateway Grizzlies and the Lake Erie Crushers. The 24-year-old will serve as minor league depth.
