    Travis Blackley announced his retirement.
    Blackley spent parts of four big-league seasons with the Giants, Mariners, Athletics, Astros and Rangers. The 38-year-old southpaw last appeared in the majors back in 2013. He finishes with a 5.23 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 132/81 K/BB ratio across 192 2/3 innings.
