Nationals acquired RHP Tyler Stuart from the Mets in exchange for OF Jesse Winker.
Stuart is a massive right-hander (6'9/250) who has registered a 3.90 ERA and 90/20 K/BB over 84 innings and 17 starts with Double-A Binghamton. The 24-year-old projects as a backend potential starter who might profile better in the bullpen.
