He’s day-to-day.

He’d been out with a sore left knee for several games, but has no fantasy value.

They’re not likely to return to Memphis now, but second-year forward Alexander Johnson and Tarence Kinesy are expected to be back. Johnson’s contract for the 2007-08 season is guaranteed if he’s not waived before Aug. 1 and Kinsey became a household name in fantasy leagues with his strong play over the final month of last season.

He’ll have no fantasy value, but was signed from the RimRockers.

He wasn’t seeing much action for the Grizzlies.

Roberts dominated the NBADL, averaging 20.3 points and 9.3 rebounds. He’s getting only 1.5 PPG with the Grizzlies in limited time during his rookie campaign though.

It is likely Roberts and Roberson will appear in at least three games for the RimRockers and rejoin the Griz after they return March 11 from a four-game West Coast trip that begins Sunday at the Los Angeles Clippers.

Anthony Roberson was looking at the same deal but he was waived earlier in the week, so we’re guessing Roberts will remain with the Grizzlies.

He hit 8-of-11 shots in his first nice performance of the season. Stromile Swift wasn’t too bad tonight, with seven points and 11 rebounds, but neither player recorded a block. Roberts likely got a lot of minutes in the absence of Jake Tsakalidis (flu), but probably earned more minutes with this performance.

He hit 2-of-3 shots on the night and 14-of-15 free throws, beating his previous career high of 16 set on Nov. 28. He has no fantasy value still, but is showing that he could down the line.
