Anthony Davis suffered a chest contusion on Friday night in the New Orleans Pelicans’ win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, and it looks like he’s still hurting from the injury. Pelicans coach Monty Williams says Davis won’t play tonight against the Golden State Warriors.
The Warriors have the best record in the NBA at 20-2. New Orleans is sitting at 11-11, just outside of the top eight of the brutal Western Conference. This game shouldn’t be very close, and without Davis, there’s one fewer reason to watch it.
