Last week, Gerald Green was admitted to the hospital under mysterious circumstances. When he was released, there was still no clarity on what had happened. Then, reports surfaced that he had punched somebody at his apartment, and the Heat suspended him for two games for conduct detrimental to the team.
On Saturday, Green spoke about the incident for the first time, apologizing to fans and teammates.
