I sort of feel like the headline of this one explains it all, but here we go.
A photo of some decorations at LeBron James’ Halloween party -- including cookies and a “3-1 Lead” sign in the shape of the Golden State Warriors logo -- were cause for some reaction on Tuesday.
When asked point blank about LeBron’s cookies indicating a tombstone for both Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry, Thompson responded as such:
Asked Klay Thompson about those Cavs cookies here in Portland, and he had a very Klay answer: "Yeah, I don't get it, cuz I'm not dead." pic.twitter.com/O8M71zcqi6

I saw this and also had a few thoughts.
- Wait, does LeBron not know what tombstones are for?
- It’s supposed to be for a whole life, not just one season.
- I don’t think this joke really works. It’s close but needs tweaking.
- What flavor are these cookies? If they say it’s lemon I’m going to get so heated.
In any case I would like to side with Klay Thompson in confirming that he’s not dead. Hope your Halloween went great!
