Carmelo Anthony is away from the Nuggets and back in Baltimore, grieving from the death of his sister to a pre-existing medical condition. He is expected to join up with the team again after Christmas.
In a classy move — and a bit of a respite for the rest of us — the Nuggets management has suspended all trade conversations about Anthony until after he returns to the team, Ken Berger of CBSSports reports.
