LOS ANGELES — If you’re going to get away with a travel, you might as well go for a full on stroll in the park. That’s what Paul George did Monday.
Unlike James Harden bucket that recently ignited the “is that traveling?” debate (in Harden’s case it was not), what Paul George did on Monday night is unquestionably a travel.
There was no whistle. Somehow.
Not that it changed much about this game, this bucket was part of the Clippers owning the first quarter — on both ends of the floor — and leading by as many as 26 in that frame. The lead eventually climbed above 30 and Los Angeles cruised to a win.
Or, in George’s case, went for a long walk for a win.
