Kristaps Porzingis continues to be at odds with the New York Knicks. The Latvian big man is one of the best young players in the NBA, and he is no doubt the cornerstone of the Knicks franchise moving forward.
Yet there is still bad blood between Porzingis and the next organization. It was recently revealed that Porzingis skipped his end of season interview with the team not because of former President Phil Jackson, but because of head coach Jeff Hornacek.
So where does that leave us? It’s not clear.
Porzingis has been working out all summer, including with Dirk Nowitzki. New York, meanwhile, doesn’t know what they are doing with Carmelo Anthony as the disgruntled forward remains on the team.
