RJ Barrett tallied 23 points (9-of-25 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), four rebounds, six assists, three steals and one three-pointer in Sunday’s loss to the Cavaliers.
Barrett got his points in Game 7, but he never truly found a rhythm. In fact, he struggled from both inside and outside the arc, and added a trio of turnovers along the way. The seventh-year guard was able to make up for some of the shooting struggles with solid facilitating and good disruptiveness on the defensive end. Nonetheless, it probably wasn’t the performance he was looking for, given the magnitude of the game. Barrett’s numbers were down this season, which limited his fantasy production.

RJ Barrett accounted for 24 points (8-of-21 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and four three-pointers in Friday’s Game 6 win over the Cavaliers.
Barrett didn’t have his best game on Friday, but he made the big shot that forced a Game 7. While it wasn’t as dramatic as Kawhi Leonard’s series-clincher against the 76ers in 2019, many fans held their breath as Barrett’s three-point attempt in the final seconds of overtime bounced high off the heel of the rim before falling through the hoop. Even with the poor shooting in Game 6, Barrett has been solid throughout this series. The Raptors will look to win Game 7 in Cleveland, with the home team having won each of the first six games of the series.

RJ Barrett tallied 25 points (9-of-19 FGs, 5-of-9 FTs), 12 rebounds, five assists and two three-pointers in Wednesday’s Game 5 loss to the Cavaliers.
Barrett continues to produce for the Raptors, having scored at least 22 points in four of the first five games of this series. While his contributions in Game 5 weren’t enough to send Toronto home with a 3-2 lead, they did keep Toronto in the mix until Cleveland clamped down defensively in the fourth quarter. How much more the Raptors need from Barrett in Friday’s Game 6 will depend on Brandon Ingram’s availability (heel), as he left Game 5 in the second quarter and did not return.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #4
Scottie Barnes tallied 33 points (11-of-17 FGs, 8-of-10 FTs), five rebounds, 11 assists, one steal, one block and three three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Cavaliers.
Barnes put on an offensive clinic on Thursday. In his 35 minutes, he tallied double-digit assists and only one turnover, while using a trio of three-point shots to help efficiently match RJ Barrett’s 33 points. Barnes was solid on the glass and collected a couple of stocks in the process, leaving him with a well-rounded performance in the win. He’ll look to land similar production on Sunday in Game 4.

RJ Barrett tallied 33 points (12-of-19 FGs, 3-of-7 FTs), five rebounds, five assists, two steals, one block and six three-pointers in the win over the Cavaliers on Thursday.
Barrett tied a team-high in points on Thursday, thanks to his sensational shooting from beyond the arc — the seventh-year guard out of Duke nearly accounted for half of his team’s 14 three-pointers. Some of his biggest impacts came in the fourth quarter, when he converted all six of his shot attempts for 16 points, ultimately helping Toronto blow the game open and cruise to a victory. The Raptors will continue to lean on Barrett on the offensive end throughout the series.

RJ Barrett amassed 22 points (10-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds and five assists in Monday’s Game 2 loss to the Cavaliers.
Give Barrett credit, as he has been one of the bright spots for the Raptors in this series. After tallying 24 points in Game 1, he put up an efficient 22 on Monday along with solid rebound and assist numbers. With no Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) and Brandon Ingram struggling, Barrett’s play has not been enough to get Toronto on the board in this series. They’ll look to change that in Game 3 on Thursday.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #9
RJ Barrett led the Raptors with 26 points (9-of-15 FGs, 6-of-9 FTs), three rebounds, two assists and two three-pointers against the Nets on Sunday.
Barrett was back for the season finale following a one-game absence with a knee injury. He was able to have a strong performance offensively, leading Toronto in scoring. Barrett has been solid to wrap up the regular season, and they’ll need him to be at his best against Cleveland in the first round. He’ll continue to be one of their top scoring options, and his production may end up being more vital than usual if Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) ends up missing time.
