Sean May, Alan Anderson and Kevin Burleson are expected to play for the Bobcats’ summer-league team in Orlando.
May is coming off reconstructive knee surgery during his rookie campaign. He averaged just 8.2 PPG in 23 contests, but is a nice sleeper candidate if he can get healthy.

Sean May has officially signed with the Croatian team KK Zagreb.
May averaged under 30 games in his four NBA seasons, and played just nine minutes per game during his most recent stint with Sacramento in 2009-10. Hopefully he can stay in shape and have a fruitful career overseas.

Free agent Sean May will sign in Croatia with KK Zagreb.
May has struggled with knee injuries and conditioning issues throughout his career, and it’s possible that we won’t see him back in the NBA so long as that remains an issue.
  • BKN Power Forward
Sean May has lost a lot of fat and added muscle during the offseason.
He appears to be in great shape and will have a little value at the end of your fantasy bench this season. If Emeka Okafor wasn’t in his way, he’d be a strong candidate for rookie of the year.

Sean May underwent arthroscopic knee surgery today and will not be ready for training camp.
He should be ready to go for the regular season though, so he could still be selected at the end of fantasy drafts this year.

Sean May was able to test his surgically repaired knee yesterday, but only lightly.
“My idea is late next week or the week after I’ll probably get into some contact stuff,” he said. “It might be limited where I’m in only a few plays, but we’re not looking to push this thing.” He’s just hoping to be ready to play on opening night, and he should be able to do that.

Sean May made his Bobcats debut tonight and had 10 points and eight boards.
He missed all of camp recovering from knee surgery, so this was a fantastic debut for the rookie. He’s going to be a good source of boards this season and is worth a late-round pick.

Sean May (knee surgery) might play tonight.
If May’s surgically repaired right knee didn’t swell Tuesday night, then he expected to debut tonight against the Indiana Pacers. This is his last chance at preseason action, as it’s the last game for the Cats before the regular season.
  • BKN Power Forward
Sean May had 13 points and eight rebounds tonight.
He hit just 5-of-14 shots, but he may be a better play than Melvin Ely or Primoz Brezec at this point. Keep your eye on May, but beware of playing any Charlotte big man other than Emeka Okafor, as they’ve all been inconsistent.
  • BKN Power Forward
Sean May had another nice game tonight, putting up 15 points and eight rebounds in a win over the Pacers.
It’s important to note that the Cats were without Melvin Ely (shin) and Gerald Wallace (wrist), and once they return, May is going to struggle to see enough minutes to do this every night.
