ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Warriors signed Taran Armstrong to a two-way contract.
The Warriors have reportedly filled their remaining two-way contract vacancy, signing the 6-foot-5 Armstrong. An Australian who played collegiately at Cal Baptist, he has been one of the most improved players in Australia’s NBL this season. In 19 games for the Cairns Taipans, Armstrong averaged 17.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.8 three-pointers, shooting 46.1 percent from the field.
