Forward Uros Slokar told reporters in his native Slovenia that he’s agreed to a contract with the Raptors.
The deal is not official so Raptor officials won’t comment, but team sources said two weeks ago that Slokar was probably going to sign a three-year deal and fill the hole left by big man Pape Sow, who will miss most of this season after neck surgery.

The Raptors signed forward Uros Slokar to a contract on Thursday.
They took him with the 58th overall pick in the 2005 NBA draft and he averaged 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds in the Summer Pro League and 10.4 points and 4.6 rebounds in the Minnesota Summer League recently. However, at Benetton Treviso, he averaged just five points and three rebounds last season. He shoudln’t be more than a role player for the Raptors this season.
