Gary Trent Jr. (back spasms) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Celtics.
Trent is available to play for the first time since March 19, so fantasy managers should not expect too much from him as far as playing time is concerned. While Will Barton will take a hit with GTJ back in action, Jeff Dowtin’s in a worse position, as he’s been made inactive for Wednesday’s game.

  • BOS Forward #99
Chris Boucher shot 6-of-8 from the field and 6-of-7 from the foul line in Tuesday’s 120-100 win over the Hornets, scoring 21 points with two rebounds and three 3-pointers in 27 minutes.
Boucher may not have provided any defensive production in Tuesday’s victory, but he gave the Raptors welcome offensive production off the bench. And it had been a long time since he last scored at least 20 points in a game. This was Boucher’s first 20-point effort since November 26, when he put up 22 and 13 boards in a win over the Mavericks. Rostered in 25% of Yahoo leagues, Boucher has value in deep leagues that are still active, as the Raptors will play three more games in Week 24. Pascal Siakam (22/14/4/2/2) led the way offensively while recording a full line, with Will Barton going off for 20 points and six 3-pointers in 20 minutes off the bench.

  • TOR Small Forward #5
Will Barton (sprained left ankle) and Precious Achiuwa (non-COVID illness) are available for Tuesday’s game against the Hornets.
The Raptors reserves are good to go for Tuesday’s game, which will help from a depth standpoint. Of the two, Achiuwa has a better shot at fantasy relevance, but neither is a great option at this point in the season. Barton could play more if Gary Trent Jr., who’s doubtful with back spasms, sits, but that wouldn’t be enough to make him worth the trouble as a fantasy streamer.

  • TOR Small Forward #5
Will Barton (left ankle sprain) is listed as probable for Tuesday’s matchup with Charlotte.
Barton was listed as probable for their last game, but he ended up being ruled out. He’s probable again, so hopefully he is able to give it a go after missing their last three games. However, with how minutes are allocated in Toronto, Barton won’t be worth rostering in standard leagues.

  • MIL Guard #5
Gary Trent Jr. is out Sunday against the Hornets due to back spasms.
GTJ will be out for another game, and Will Barton is sidelined as well, which means Jeff Dowtin should continue to see an expanded role. Toronto’s rotation is surprisingly tight, and neither Dowtin nor any other Raptors are worth streaming against Charlotte.

  • TOR Small Forward #5
Will Barton (left ankle sprain) is probable for Sunday’s matchup with Charlotte.
Barton is expected to make his return from a two-game absence, though he hasn’t been much of a fantasy contributor this season. However, Gary Trent Jr. is questionable, and if he remains sidelined, Barton could see enough of a role off the bench to provide some value from beyond the arc.

  • MIL Guard #5
Gary Trent Jr. (back spasms) is questionable for Sunday’s matchup with Charlotte.
Trent has been sidelined for their last five games, which has resulted in Nick Nurse loading up the starting five with the majority of the minutes. Trent should play a large role off the bench if he returns, though if GTJ remains out, Will Barton should play a decent-sized role off the bench, as he is listed as probable.

  • TOR Small Forward #5
Will Barton has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the 76ers with a sprained left ankle.
Barton will miss a second consecutive game with the sprained ankle. With Gary Trent Jr. (back) also ruled out, it will be Jeff Dowtin who handles the perimeter bench minutes. Look for Toronto’s starters to play even more than they usually do.

  • TOR Small Forward #5
Will Barton (left ankle sprain) has been downgraded to doubtful for Friday’s matchup with the 76ers.
Barton is on track for a second straight absence with this ankle injury. On Tuesday, Jeff Dowtin was the only guard to see minutes off the bench, but he isn’t worth rostering in any format, as Nick Nurse has no issue loading up his starters with minutes.

  • TOR Small Forward #5
Will Barton (left ankle sprain) is being listed as questionable for Friday’s game against the Sixers.
Barton missed Toronto’s last game after spraining his ankle Sunday against the Wizards. Even with him returning to the court he hasn’t done anything to impact fantasy basketball.
