Likely, an unrestricted free agent, could see interest from multiple teams this spring, including the Commanders, who are likely to move on from veteran TE Zach Ertz after his catastrophic knee injury in 2025. “Likely would bring more upside with his catch-and-run ability. A move player in the formation, Likely would also be schemed to create underneath one-on-ones,” Bowen said. In his four seasons with the Ravens, Likely popped off a few times in a run-heavy offense, usually when Mark Andrews was sidelined. Likely since the start of the 2024 season ranks fourth among all tight ends in ESPN’s open score, which measures a player’s ability to separate from defenders. He would be an intriguing fantasy option as an every-down player in Washington.

Colbert was with the Broncos for three seasons. He previously coached in the college ranks, getting most of his experience at USC as a position coach and an assistant. Colbert will lead a receiver room headlined by Zay Flowers, who just went for a career-high 1,211 yards. The hope will be that Colbert can also get more out of Rashod Bateman, who logged a pitiful 224 yards and two scores in 2025.

Levine spent his NFL career as a special teams standout for the Ravens, joining the team as an assistant special teams coach after retirement. With Chris Horton following John Harbaugh to the Giants’ coaching staff, Baltimore had a vacancy. Head coach Jesse Minter knows Levine from his days as a defensive assistant with the Ravens and now hires the 38-year-old as his special teams coordinator.

Grossi spent the past two seasons serving as a passing game specialist with the Broncos. The team initially hired him as an offensive staffer in 2022, where he worked closely with the Broncos’ wide receivers. He coached at Southern University and A&M College before that.
  • BAL Coaching Staff
Bower has served as Duke’s defensive ends coach since 2022. He was a defensive analyst with Texas A&M in 2021. Current Ravens ILB coach Tyler Santucci notably coached Texas A&M linebackers from 2020-2021. Bower’s new role with the Ravens is his first at the NFL level.
  • BAL Coaching Staff
He served as the Chargers’ pass game coordinator for the past two seasons. He was with the Eagles in the two seasons before that, serving as an offensive consultant before being promoted to senior offensive assistant. He also notably served as the Colts’ offensive coordinator from 2021 to 2022.

This will be Esposito’s first time coaching in the NFL. Esposito spent the last two seasons coaching Michigan’s defensive line. From 2017-2023, he served as Western Michigan’s defensive coordinator and defensive line coach. He spent time coaching at smaller schools like Davenport and Ferris State before that.
  • FA Coaching Staff
Martin joined the Ravens in 2021 as a wide receivers coach. He was eventually promoted to quarterbacks coach and, as Schultz notes, was one of the people closest to Lamar Jackson in the organization. With Jesse Minter replacing John Harbaugh as the head coach and Declan Doyle taking over as OC, Martin will be replaced by a hire from the new braintrust. Martin received several head coaching interviews over the year, including meetings with the Commanders and Lions a month ago, so there should be plenty of interest in him this offseason. It would not be surprising to see Martin follow John Harbaugh to New York, potentially in the same role, for 2026.
  • BAL Coaching Staff
He’ll be the steadying hand for Declan Doyle as the youngster calls plays for the Ravens. Lombardi was fired so late in the cycle that he had no real shot at an offensive coordinator job in this cycle. We suspect he’ll get interviews in 2027.
  • BAL Defensive Coordinator
It’s a homecoming for Weaver, who spent the first four years of his career as a player with the Ravens and also served on their coaching staff from 2021 to 2023. Weaver fielded several head coaching interviews this coaching cycle and had multiple second interviews. When the dust finally settled on the process, he was left without a head coaching offer, and will now look to takeover a Ravens defense that’s already loaded with talent. Weaver’s defense finished 22nd in yards allowed and 24th in points allowed this season, but ranked in the top-10 in both categories the previous year. With head coach Jesse Minter already set to call plays, Weaver will likely be tasked more with the weekly game planning and preparation alongside Minter.
