Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt will miss Week 13 against the Jaguars after injuring his ankle in Friday’s practice.
Taylor-Britt had been trying to return from a quad issue. Things just keep going from bad to worse for the Bengals. This is a very attackable matchup for Jacksonville’s Trevor Lawrence.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #5
Tee Higgins (hamstring) will not play in Week 12 against the Steelers.
This will be the third-straight missed game for Higgins, who last played in Week 9 when he caught eight passes for 110 yards. The fourth-year receiver has 27 receptions for 328 yards and two touchdowns this season, and could be sidelined even longer as he continues to work through a hamstring injury that’s sidelined him on both game days and practices throughout the last three weeks. Trent Irwin will once again be in line for more playing time, but shouldn’t be on fantasy radars as he prepares to catch passes from Jake Browning. In addition to Higgins, the Bengals also ruled out cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt (quad).
  • CIN Defensive Back #29
Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt (quad) missed the team’s Wednesday practice.
Taylor-Britt left the Bengals’ Week 11 game against the Ravens with a quad injury. As a starter in the secondary, any time he misses would be a blow to the Bengals defense. Taylor-Britt still has two more chances to practice before a Week 12 showdown against the Steelers.
  • CIN Defensive Back #29
Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt (quad) is considered day to day.
It looked like a serious injury for the standout corner in the Bengals’ Thursday night loss to the Ravens, but it looks like Taylor-Britt avoided a lengthy absence. He’ll have ten days to heal before the Bengals take on the Steelers in Week 12.
  • CIN Defensive Back #29
Bengals LCB Cam Taylor-Britt suffered a quad injury in Cincinnati’s Week 11 game against the Ravens and will not return.
The Bengals’ interceptions leader was injured late in the first half. He was initially deemed “questionable” before being formally ruled out after the break. An every-snap ballhawk, Taylor-Britt’s loss for any amount of time beyond Week 11 would be a major blow. He does have 10 days to get healthy for Week 12 against the Steelers.
  • CIN Defensive Back #29
Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt (shoulder) left Week 15’s game against the Buccaneers and did not return.
He suffered the injury in coverage late in the game and was ruled out. Practice squad call-up Allan George replaced him at corner as the team is already thin without Mike Hilton.

  • CIN Defensive Back #29
Bengals coach Zac Taylor said CB Cam Taylor-Britt underwent core surgery and will miss the remainder of training camp.
Taylor called the rookie corner “week to week” before saying he would be out for the rest of camp. Taylor-Britt was competing for a backup role, so his loss isn’t a huge blow to the defense. Still, it hurts their depth and will slow his acclimation to the NFL’s speed. The Bengals selected him with the No. 60 overall pick in the draft.
