Washington Football Team hired Chris Polian as the director of pro personnel.
Chris, the son of Hall of Fame general manager Bill Polian, will join Washington’s rejuvenated front office. Chris Polian will work alongside general manager Martin Mayhew and executive vice president of player personnel Marty Hurney to continue building a team that showed flashes of promise in 2020. Chris Polian was fired by the Jaguars after working in the team’s front office from 2013-2015. His dad gave him his first NFL job in 1998 as director of pro scouting for the Colts.
