The latest to take advantage is former Dolphins cornerback Brice McCain.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, McCain is visiting the Titans today.
The Steelers and Buccaneers have also shown interest in McCain (he played for the Steelers in 2014), and he has some value as a slot corner.
