The Giants made most of their moves earlier in the afternoon, but finalized with two more at the deadline.

The team announced they had waived running back Andre Williams, who spent the last two seasons with the team. They also put veteran tight end Will Johnson on injured reserve.

The Giants kept five running backs, including rookie Paul Perkins and return man Bobby Rainey, leaving Williams as the odd man out.

Their 2014 fourth-round pick, Williams led them in rushing with 721 yards and seven touchdowns as a rookie.
