While it remains to be seen whether Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne will become a better quarterback in 2011, his teammates have enough faith in the fourth-year quarterback to make him one of their captains.
“It proves I’ve come a long way,” Henne said, via Brian Briggane of the Palm Beach Post. “I’m here to lead this team and help [it] win.”
The other three captains are tackle Jake Long, linebacker Karlos Dansby, and safety Yeremiah Bell.
As to Henne, his former teammate, Chad Pennington, told PFT Live on Friday that he saw a different Chad Henne in the 2011 preseason, and that he is moving in the right direction.
