Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Nick Cole signed his $1.545 million restricted free agent tender, according to Adam Caplan of Scout.com. A former undrafted free agent, Cole was assigned the second-round tender and signed his one-year deal today. Last season, Cole started the last four regular-season contests and three playoff games at right guard when Max Jean-Gilles got hurt late in the season. Cole has played several different positions for the Eagles since joining the team in 2006, playing offensive guard, center and occasionally seeing action as a blocking back. According to NFL.com, the 6'0", 350-pound former New Mexico State lineman has six career regular-season starts.
