The Seattle Seahawks have made the roster moves necessary to get their roster down to 75 players.
The team has announced that defensive end Ricky Foley, receiver Kole Heckendorf, kicker Clint Stitser, and offensive lineman Gregg Peat have been cut. The Seahawks also waived/injured defensive end Jonathan Lewis.
The Seahawks, along with every other team, will be cutting to 53 on Saturday.
Foley joined the team in 2010 after notching 12 sacks in the CFL last year. He had other teams interested in his services, and it remains to be seen whether someone else gives him an opportunity.
