Last minute change: Kunitz won’t play vs. Canucks on Saturday
A last minute lineup change to report ahead of Saturday afternoon’s game between the Canucks and Penguins.
Pittsburgh forward Chris Kunitz won’t suit up in the game. He’ll be replaced by Conor Sheary.
Kunitz had been dealing with a lower-body injury, but earlier today Pens head coach Mike Sullivan said his veteran winger would be good to go for the game.
Sheary has two goals, three points and a minus-5 rating in 14 games this season.
Kunitz had previously played in each of Pittsburgh’s 46 games in ’15-16.
