Olympic champion archer uses bow and arrow for ceremonial first pitch (video)

Ki Bo-Bae

Remember when the South Korean Olympic rhythmic gymnast tossed a bizarre ceremonial first pitch in July?

Check out the latest Olympian to take the mound. Ki Bo-Bae, a double archery gold medalist at the 2012 Olympics, fired a strike via bow and arrow.

Its 12-6 curveball-like action reminded of Barry Zito in his prime. The mascot swinging at the plate had no chance.
