Just when Lindsey Vonn healed up, she was forced back to doctors -- by her dogs.

Vonn, who said earlier this month that she’s fully healed from an Aug. 13 training crash and ankle fracture, suffered a bite to her right hand trying to break up a fight between her dogs, Leo and Bear, according to her social media.

Vonn skipped the World Cup season-opening giant slalom in Soelden, Austria, on Oct. 24, choosing to play it safe with her return from the injury.

Vonn’s debut this season could come in a giant slalom in Aspen, Colo., on Nov. 28.
