Quinndary Weatherspoon posted a full line on Thursday with 11 points (4-for-11 FGs), five rebounds, six assists, six steals, one block and one 3-pointer in an 88-71 loss to Portland.
Orlando sat Anthony Black and Jett Howard for this game, which allowed for guys like Weatherspoon to step up. Weatherspoon played for the Warriors two seasons ago, but he isn’t currently on an NBA contract. He could end up earning a deal if he keeps playing this well, but it’s unlikely that he ends up impacting fantasy basketball.

Quinndary Weatherspoon has signed a two-way qualifying offer with the Warriors, according to Michael A Scotto of HoopsHype.
Weatherspoon appeared in 11 games with the Warriors last season, and played 6.6 minutes per game in those contests. He averaged just 2.7 points to go with 1.3 rebounds, and 0.5 assists per game. If everything holds up, Weatherspoon will be the first player in NBA history to spend at least part of four different seasons on a two-way deal. He will also have the chance to earn a roster spot in training camp if the Warriors choose to convert his deal. Needless to say, he is not a fantasy target for next season.

Quinndary Weatherspoon (left ankle soreness) is available for Sunday’s game against the Kings.
Weatherspoon did not play in Saturday’s win over the Jazz, but he stands to log some rotation minutes on Sunday. The Warriors have decided to sit Klay Thompson, Otto Porter, and Andre Iguodala, which means the possibility of actual rotation minutes for Weatherspoon. He isn’t worth streaming, however.

Quinndary Weatherspoon (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Jazz.
This will not affect anyone’s fantasy roster and you can leave him on the waiver wire.

Quinndary Weatherspoon (left ankle soreness) has been ruled out for Monday’s game against Memphis.
This will not affect anyone’s fantasy roster.

The Warriors have signed Quinndary Weatherspoon to a two-way contract.
Weatherspoon signed a 10-day contract with the Warriors on December 22 and made a positive impression on the franchise. As a result, he is now on a two-way contract. Weatherspoon is not a relevant player as far as fantasy is concerned, as the Warriors are pretty deep on the wings and will add Klay Thompson to the mix at some point this month.

Damion Lee of the Golden State Warriors has entered the league’s health and safety protocols, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
He joins Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins as the other Warriors there, and this is a shame because Lee was playing pretty well with those other two guys sidelined. This may also explain the Quinndary Weatherspoon hardship signing, who may have no choice but to play big minutes, but we’re not rushing to pick him up yet even though his name is really cool.

The Golden State Warriors are signing Quinndary Weatherspoon to a 10-day hardship deal, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The Warriors had Weatherspoon in training camp this season, before shipping him off to their G-League affiliate in Santa Cruz. With Golden State being down a coupe of guards in Jordan Poole (protocols) and Andrew Wiggins (protocols), they are bringing Weatherspoon back. He is not a fantasy basketball target.

    Warriors waive Quinndary Weatherspoon.
Weatherspoon was brought on during training camp, but his chances of making the regular-season roster were always slim. He’ll likely head overseas or to the G League for his next contract.

The Golden State Warriors have signed former Spurs guard Quinndary Weatherspoon, the team announced on Monday.
This signing brings the Warriors roster to 20 players, meaning cuts will occur soon. Weatherspoon will likely end up in Santa Cruz with the Warriors’ G-League affiliate, but if not he will be buried at the end of the Dubs bench.
