Tennessee received a verbal commitment from four-star 2019 WR Ramel Keyton.
The Volunteers fended off Auburn to land the 6-foot-2, 180-pound Keyton, who had also earlier been considering the likes of Ohio State, Penn State and Miami. He offers plenty of length and a palatable physical frame -- with room to add healthy playing weight -- which should play up well early in his collegiate career. Still work to do in terms of his route-running and the more technical aspects of the game. Rivals ranks Keyton as the No. 231 overall prospect in the 2019 class. Tennessee HC Jeremy Pruitt has now landed seven commitments for the cycle and his program is sitting at a respectable No. 17 on the outlet’s team rankings board.
